We were on holiday in America and had booked a trip to the Gran Canyon by helicopter, I would be lying if I said that I hadn't thought that it may happen here but after waiting so long I had made myself not think about it if that makes sense!
Anyway, the helicopter landed at the west rim of the Canyon and we all got out to have a look around and have lunch, there we were taking photos and I turned around to see him kneeling on the ground, he told me he knew it had taken him so long and that he never doubted I was the one for him and asked me to marry him.
I am sure I said yes in there somewhere! lol
Totally amazing day and a trip of a lifetime.
